From very trusted, but confidential sources Memory Bank learnt, there is an attempt to insult Ven. Kiribathgoda Gnananda thero. The people behind this coward attempt are going to publish an article in Sinhalese on 20th May, Sunday Observer. By the time of this post [Friday 10.30 PM], the paper with the article is being sent to print and the page with this article is already being printed. There is an attempt going to stop this publication, but not sure it would be 100% successful since the paper is already being printed.Ven. Kiribathgoda Ghanandha thero is highly respected among all the Buddhists and attached to Mahamewuna Asapuwa - Polgahawela.

You have not explained your point of view at all. You are simply making asserions without giving any explanations to back them up. To expect any logical, reasonable audience to accept your point of view without evidence or at least an explanation is hopeful, at best.
Most of the people are aware of Ven. Kiribathgoda Gnananda thero and his service to the country. That really made me not to provide any details about his character. Sorry about this. You may be able to get some details from the link provided in the post.
ReplyDeleteYes sure. Buddhists must identify forces against Buddhism. Buddha clearly explains those are desire and ignorance. Rests of the things are just the world and Buddhist by default can’t get offended by the world.
