Bioinformatics Algorithms

This is something new to me. I had no option in selecting this topic to present in my Algorithms class - since this was the only topic left at the time of selection. But... this is really interesting. I only went through few introductory materials, but found lot of new things. "An Introduction to Bioinformatics Algorithms" seems to be a very good book on the subject - although I do not have access to it.
