There is no doubt - Mahela is an outstanding batsman and also a good captain. But - I don't think anybody can agree with his decision to have him self as the No:3 batsman. According to many cricket gurus a team should have it's best player batting at the No:3 position. But no doubt - Mahela is no where near his best batting and should bat low down the order and Sangakkara or Marven should get the oppertunity to bat at No:3. It's natural to see when a batsman is out of form - he wants to bat as soon as possible and get runs behind him - and when he is the captain he does what he wants - but this is a quality of an immature player. Sri Lanka team and the selectors should take this seriously, since the failure this time means the cost of the 'World Cup'.
