Paminili - is an intelligent complaint management system aims to automate the entire complaint management process. This sort of solution is ideal for businesses spread across different geographical areas - especially for hotel industry. This is a web based application, powered by .Net 2.0 & SQL Server 2005 as the backend. Ozeki message server is used to send and receive SMSs as the complaints proceed in the hierachy. Uses MS Reporting Services to produce reports to track the progress of complaints. Once a complaint is entered by the user - the system will decide the resources to be allocated and inform them through SMS. Simple Rules Engine is used to incorporate the logic for resource allocation to optimize the usage.

This uses CVS, so you may need to install a CVS client in your system to access it. I first tried with WinCVS - but it was quite complex to use. TortoiseCVS is the ideal tool - so simple and easy to use. But still.. I am looking for a TortoiseCVS plugin to the VS 2005 IDE and could not find yet..:(. But for the subversion [TortoiseSVN] there is nice plugin developed by AnkhSVN.
