Installing Ubuntu on Virtual PC 2007

I wanted to have GForge running in my home environment and to have it installed we need to have a Linux box. So, I decided to install Ubuntu on MS Virtual PC 2007. Well, it went okay - but detected some issues related to VGA... so I just gave it up. But, surprisingly in few hours time, I got a popup from my feed reader, with the subject 'How install UBUNTU on Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1'. This post pointed out few good links, which helped me solving the issue.
