Tiger cadres carrying the coffin of former LTTE Political Wing leader S.P.Thamilselvan to a cemetery in Kilinochchi yesterday. He was killed on Friday morning in an SLAF raid. This was the first picture released by the LTTE to the media yesterday. In the original photograph a small boy in LTTE uniform was present. Its Tamil Selvam's son. Yeap. But this is giving a bad signal to the GOSL. GOSL used to think that they can end the terrorism by destroying their leaders. But what I feel is it can not. Its essential to have a political solution. GOSL should give all the provinces the equal rights. They should be able to work using their own tongue. In meantime GOSL must improve the living conditions as well. Unless, otherwise next generation of LTTE leaders will also come in to the picture. Other than that Islamic JIHAD and our own JVP will riot against the government.

i have seen some interviews of Dr. Tamil Selvam , in many tv news i feel that his way of speaking to media and the way he takes things were really very impressive matured confidence and he is really cool guy ..... i saw this pic and came to know he is no more ... thanks to this blog
ReplyDeleteIts not boy, but a girl, its Tamil Selvam's daughter actually, you may think by wearing the ltte uniform, makes her a child soldier, no its to show the respect she gives the way her father has fought for victory; not money, but the safety for tamil people. Everyone in tamil eelam would respect higly those with the uniform on, as its for their sake these people are giving up the future and lives.
