Trustworthiness of web is what the community decides - not a single agency. This is a nice add-on for IE [also available for Firfox] which keeps yourself protected from unreliable online vendors, spam, spyware, adware, viruses, identity theft, credit card fraud, phishing and other scams. When ever you visit a site - or do a search [on the search result page] WOT indicates the trustworthiness of each web site - which is a decision collectively taken by the web community it self.

In the next few weeks, WOT will release version 3 which includes a new scorecard that reveals the reasons behind the reputation ratings of websites.
